Selling on Ebay
In order to fund my clothing purchases (well, both mine and my daughter's), I sell on ebay.
Normally I only sell my daughter's clothing (like this adorable Potato Saks Flip Flop outfit) and shoes, but I recently cleared out my closet and am selling everything that's too big or that I don't wear anymore. I've got jeans from Earnest Sewn and Joe's as well as some adorable tops from JCrew and Anthropologie. Check out the auctions here.

In Her Room
I put it off for as long as I possibly could (she slept so good in a crib!), but at 3 years old my daughter was ready for a big bed. Her nursery had a Shabby Chic/vintage feel so I wanted to incorporate that same feeling into her first big-girl room. She already had the Stanley Caroline dresser and doll cabinet; so I went with Stanley again for the bed. It's the full size Elizabeth bed.
I kept the curtains, which are the pink silk pottery barn panels but I added pale green/cream/pink tassels down the edge.
I'm not completely happy with the bedding but until I decide to redo her entire room, paint and all, I'm keeping it. The quilt and shams are from the Shabby Chic collection at Target. The duvet is the Elizabeth duvet from Pottery Barn Kids. The big euros were made by my mother in law. Since this picture, I removed the big green throw pillow to make the bed less crowded.
On the shelves behind the bed are vintage Vogue Ginny dolls from the 1950s as well as some antique dolls and doll accessories and a few bluebirds.
I also removed the dress up clothing from the side of the bed and put them in the playroom. It was a little crowded in there!

Speaking of the Statement Necklace
This necklace is totally on my radar right now. However, the seller refused my best offer and I'm not willing to pay the ridiculous price for which it's listed. Oh my...I'll wait it out and see if she comes to her senses later...

Yo, Stella!
I stumbled upon this new company called Stella and Dot and I seriously considered signing up! I LOVE the jewelry, it's totally me: vintage, sparkly and completely fabulous.
While I decided against hosting a party (at least right now), I did place an order for a couple items. However, if the Fall collection is anything like the Spring/Summer, I may just have to host a party in order to avoid breaking the bank.
I'm all about the statement necklace right now!

Banana Republic Rocks
While I do love JCrew, I can't get over the fact that they offer very few discounts, even to loyal customers. Give me some love!
Now, Banana Republic, they've got it going on. I can always count on them for some sort of discount, from the automatic 10% off each purchase if you use your Banana card to the frequent sales and incentives. I spend way more money than I should. Sorry JCrew, if you offered the same rewards, I'd be snapping things up weekly.
I'm loving this dress from Banana right now.
